Started out for an easy 4 mile HR run. However I felt so good at the halfway point, I decided to double my run (by the way not a good idea). This coupled with the fact that my good friend Sincy signed me up for the Disney Full Marathon! What a great surprise as I had been looking into my next race to train for.
Training for the Disney Marathon is a good way to keep me focused on the marathon portion of my ultimate goal of 140.6 full Ironman. According to Disney’s online calendar, I’m ahead of schedule with being prepared to run it.
