Home grown workout

There are enough exercises you can do at home without even going to the gym.  This morning i decided to forego the YMCA and just workout at home.

My workout routine:

  1. I did pull-ups on my chin-up bar.
  2. I did some good old fashioned push-ups,
  3. 4 minute plank
  4. core ab routine
  5. swim band workout

Trust me, by the time I was finished with this workout I was caput.
