There are enough exercises you can do at home without even going to the gym. This morning i decided to forego the YMCA and just workout at home.
My workout routine:
- I did pull-ups on my chin-up bar.
- I did some good old fashioned push-ups,
- 4 minute plank
- core ab routine
- swim band workout
Trust me, by the time I was finished with this workout I was caput.
