Trying to pick up my cadence and take shorter steps. Also not being a complete neurotic when it comes to my exact HR. Still adjusting to 3rd shift….at this point, it doesn’t look like I’m going to be able to train as much as I had hoped during the day. Just feeling too tired after working all night. This is only my second week, so hopefully I’ll adjust to the change. Also noticed that sleeping during the day sucks, as I still wake up tired after sleeping 6 hours.
