YMCA weight training

Weight training will be a huge part of my Ironman Arizona program this year. Each Saturday after my swim, I will be doing an “old school” squat/dead-lift/bench/abs program. After a level 3 shoulder separtion in 2012, I finally feel like my shoulder strength is coming back. I can finally bench with a 45lb plate on each side.
