Stationary bike ride for an hour

Feeling the effects of 5 days in a row on third shift.   So I decided to take it light, but still get a quality workout in.   I crafted a workout where I alternated one legged rotations for one minute.  Then I kept a steady pace for 5 minutes at 80 rpms.

I also did my new running stretches that focus on hip and core stabilizer muscles.
