My favorite water stop at the top of Sugarloaf Mountain

If one statement can capture this bike ride is this… “I’ve got to get a new dam seat! I was so uncomfortable during the entire ride. I’ve put quite a few miles on this seat and it isn’t anymore comfortable than the first time I rode out.

It was extremely hot and I was short on food. Not my finest ride by a long shot. I could not stay in the drop, due to major discomfort. On an good note, I almost reached 50 mph on Sugarloaf mountain.

I followed my grueling bike ride with a half mile brick run barefoot. I felt unusually strong during the run. All my exercises, stretching and yoga are finally paying off.
