Only time to do one crossing and then out to first buoy and back. My daughter made it to the districts in track which starts at 9am. I swam without any buoy the entire distance. My swim was choppy, but I think I got a great workout in. My sighting is getting much better and I am getting more comfortable with other swimmers bumping me. I also made a point to swim uncomfortable for a longer period of time. I plan on steadily increasing the uncomfort and to just mentally work through all the reasons my mind tells me to stop. Embrace the suck and Macca would say.
