Still trying to stay on the treadmill until the pain in my low back, glute and hamstring goes completely away.
While it is more of a hassle to go to the YMCA to run, I think it’s worth the extra effort.
I decided to run my 5K right before my son’s basketball practice. I was in a little more pain than I had hoped for.
Tomorrow, it’s back to my lake swimming. I’m hoping the water is nice and cold to help my muscles.
