The title says it all. Very, very, heavy and tired legs. Even though I just woke up from a pretty good nap. I feel out of my body. As I’ve stated many times, not sleeping at night wrecks havoc on my body.
The run itself was slow and plodding. I felt like I just couldn’t find a rythm and just focused on finishing. A very slow time indeed, but such is the case on the final night of my 3rd shift work.
After helping with homework, I finished the day training my boy in basketball fundamentals.
Instead of driving the 30 minutes to get him to basketball camp. I figured I could use the hour spent driving to camp getting an hour of sleep.
